Biography

Panagiota Kiousi has been an Associate at Calavros Law Firm - Filios - Kloukinas since 2008 and a Partner at the firm since 2019.

She is active in the fields of civil law, commercial law, medical and pharmaceutical law. Ms. Kiousi has dealt with numerous cases of pharmaceutical law concerning hospital debts, whereas she is also experienced in banking law, both at consultation and litigation level. Furthermore, Ms. Kiousi has handled effectively over the past years many cases regarding matters of compulsory execution, including cases against national public authorities, according to the specific legislation applicable thereto. Ms. Kiousi is also highly experienced in contractual disputes, whereas she regularly advises our clients on a wide range of law matters concerning family and succession. Ms. Kiousi is admitted to practice before the Greek Supreme Courts and she has represented successfully the clients of our Firm before the Greek courts in a wide variety of cases.
