Xanthi N. DIAMANTI

Biography

Xanthi Diamanti is a senior associate at Calavros Law Firm - Filios - Kloukinas since 2006. She is active in corporate restructuring projects, intragroup transactions, investment schemes of several sectors (M&A, placements, public offers, tenders, concessions, financing). She has worked on a number of complex projects including IPOs, SPOs, combined offerings and private placements, tender offers, bond issues and M&A transactions. She recently advised on the licensing and financing of a large scale energy project of ENERCON.

Mrs. Diamanti is involved in energy projects as well. She also advises on agency and distribution agreements, trademark, copyright and patent proceedings, insurance, corporate and tax matters. She is highly experienced in civil and commercial litigation. Mrs. Diamanti has acted as a legal counsel to the bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias on the Bank's Insurance Coverage and the bank FBBank on banking issues and banking legislation.
