Our law firm has been successfully representing a leading institution of the insurance sector innumerous civil cases before the Greek courts, since 2017. Following negotiations recently held between our law firm and the “Region of Attica”, we reached a dispute settlement of a public sector debt to our client in relation to a complex and long-lasting litigation before the Administrative Court of First Instance of Athens. This case was of great legal interest addressing matters related to the Greek State’s liability for inadequate road marking. As a result of the successful management of this dispute, we secured a positive outcome for our client who was able to collect an amount of approximately 248 k EUR and avoid further litigation and legal costs.
