Biography

Lito Dokopoulou is a Senior Associate at Calavros Law Firm – Filios – Kloukinas since 2025.

She has graduated from Athens Law School and further holds postgraduate degrees (LL.M.) in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement (Sciences Po, Paris) and Private International and Comparative Law (University of Athens).

Ms Dokopoulou acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration proceedings (mainly governed by ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and domestic rules), and represents clients before civil courts, with a special focus on cross-border litigation covering the whole range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes and private international law matters. She has further provided pre-litigation/arbitral strategic advice to clients and is experienced in developing dispute avoidance strategies. Lito has also specialized in sports arbitration (under CAS) and anti-doping matters (under WADA Code).

She has previously practiced at leading law firms of Athens and in the arbitration practices of top-tier international firms of Paris.

Ms Dokopoulou serves as Vice President of the ICC Hellas Arbitration Committee. She is included in the closed list of arbitrators maintained by the European Commission for state-to-state dispute settlement in bilateral trade disputes, as well as on the roster of the Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization (EODID). She recently served as a researcher at the Hague Academy of International Law, with a research focus on the applicable law in international arbitration.

She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018, currently licensed to represent clients before the Court of Appeals.
