C & P has been involved in the recent cases concerning collection of hospital debts by pharmaceutical companies. Approximately 20 cases have been heard and decisions have been issued for several hospitals in Greece, where the latter are obliged to pay the debts owed to pharmaceutical companies. Upon such decisions, which have been successful to the greatest extent, C & P has actually managed payment of the pharmaceutical companies (capital plus interest (including legal expenses). A new area has thus started for pharmaceutical companies to pursue debts owed by Greek hospitals which are estimated to approximately 2,6 billion Euros. You may find here some of the decisions.
