A joint seminar of the universities of Athens-Heidelberg-Gottingen-Freiburg-Konstanz took place at the universities of Heidelberg and Konstanz between 3-6 June 2024, completing a 40-year cycle of joint seminars between the universities. The subject of the seminar was Modern issues of European Procedural Law, International and National Arbitration and collective redress. Our Senior Associate, Dr. Ziakas, participated actively, holding a presentation on procedural challenges deriving from the application of the Directive (EU) 2016/943 for the protection of trade secrets.
