The first Hellenic ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) Antifraud Conference was successfully held on the 18th October 2012 at the Ethniki Asfalistiki Conference Centre attracting more than 750 participants mainly from the country’s financial sector, IT, Commerce, Public Administration and Legal Advisers on fraud matters. Mr. Christos P. Filios, Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law of the Democrition University of Thrace and partner at Calavros & Partners Law Firm offered his insight on the ‘Forms of fraud via offshore companies” during the 2nd Session of the Conference titled ‘Special Forms of Fraud’.
