The 42nd Annual National Conference of the Greek Association of Civil Procedure was held on 8th and 9th September 2017 in Karditsa, Greece. The theme of the Conference were the recent major amendments to the Ordinary Proceedings under the Greek Code of Civil Procedure in light of the underlying fundamental principles of civil trial. Several partners of Calavros & Partners Law Firm attended the Conference, including Prof. C. Calavros, Lecturer D. Babiniotis, Att. Th. Kloukinas and Att. Art. Tsilika.

Prof. C. Calavros and Lecturer D. Babiniotis, in their capacity as academics, participated in the discussions following the oral presentations commenting on several issues pertaining to said subject matter.
