The 43rd Annual National Conference of the Hellenic Association of Civil Procedure will be held on 6th – 9th September 2018 in Lefkada, Greece. The main subject of the Conference will be Enforcement proceedings in light of the amendments Law 4512/2018 brought about. Our name partners Professor Constantin Calavros and Ass. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis, Chairman and Secretary of the Association respectively, will attend.
