The Hellenic Association of Procedural Law held its 44th Annual Conference in Ioannina on the 5 – 8 September 2019. This year the HAPL conference focused on appellate proceedings. Prof. Em. C. Calavros chaired the opening session. Ass. Prof. D. Babiniotis delivered a speech on the principle of (non) reformatio in peius before appellate courts under the Greek Code of Civil Procedure.
