On the 14th November 2019 the Plenary of Presidents of Greek Bar Associations is holding a conference at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our Managing Partner Prof. Em. Constantin Calavros will deliver an introductory speech on enforcement proceedings in light of the new ordinary procedure of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. Our name Partner Mr. Themistoklis Kloukinas will be also participating at the conference as a speaker on behalf of the Athens Bar Association. His speech will be addressing issues relating to the suspension of enforcements proceedings.
