Upon the request of the Plenary of all Greek Bar Associations, our Managing Partner Prof. Em. Constantin Calavros, Asc. Prof. Spiridon Tsantinis and Ass. Prof. Panagiotis Giannopoulos, prepared a detailed guide for the assistance of all legal practitioners as to the application of the civil procedure rules in view of the recommencement of the proceedings of the Civil Courts following the lockdown period in Greece, as provided for in the amendment of the law adopted by the Hellenic Parliament on May 30, 2020.
