In its milestone decision no.1196/2020 the Greek Supreme Court ruled in favour of a leading pharmaceutical company, represented by our law firm, in a dispute against a major wholesaler, regarding abuse of dominant position in cases of partial execution of orders on medicinal products, destined for parallel exports, under EU and domestic competition law. This long-lasting litigation involved a series of complexed legal matters pertaining to both procedural and substantive law. The issues at stake were pending for almost two decades. In the end and to our great satisfaction, our Client’s position ultimately prevailed.
