Professor and Managing Partner Constantin Calavros and Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis will discuss the complex and pervasive topic of mandatory rules in International Arbitration at the 3rd Athens International Arbitration Forum. The Forum will be chaired by Prof. Calavros and Prof. Stavros Brekoulakis.
Prof. Calavros will make the welcome address in the beginning of the Forum and in the end of it he will make the concluding remarks during the roundtable discussion on “Due Process Paranoia”, while Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis will participate as commentator in the panel addressing the Scope and standards of review of mandatory rules and public policy by national courts.
