This transaction constituted one of the largest transactions in the Real estate sector during the past year. The project had a very extensive and complex scope with numerous legal issues to be resolved, especially after Brexit and the non-applicability of the EU regulatory framework to UK entities. From the early preparatory stages until the completion of the sales and purchase agreement, the process lasted approximately ten months. Various agreements were drafted by our legal team concerning, inter alia, the funding of the buyer by an investor scheme, the provision of guarantees etc. The value of the transaction reached the amount of 11 Mio Euros.
