Our law firm successfully represented a Greek company and its representatives in litigation proceedings against a Greek Bank, resulting in the annulment of an agreement for the acknowledgement of outstanding amounts stemming from a credit agreement with the Bank and the arrangement for their settlement. The Court found in favor of our Clients and annulled the acknowledgement and settlement agreement due to error in our Clients’ declarations. The amounts acknowledged by our Clients as outstanding were illegally and without their knowledge withdrawn from their account with the use of forged slip notes, which was discovered following extensive research and the expert report of a highly esteemed certified Graphologist and Forensic Document Examiner.
