Our law firm succeeded in obtaining a final court decision rejecting a lawsuit brought against a pharmaceutical company, by virtue of which the opposing party sought the amount of 1 Mio EUR as monetary compensation for non-pecuniary damages. The court based its judgment on the fact that our Client complied with all of its obligations in the instruction leaflet of the dispensed medicine in accordance with Article 15 of Ministerial Decision 83657/2006.
