Our firm contributed the Greece Chapter to Global Legal Insights – International Arbitration 2023 published by Global Legal Group. Managing partner Prof. Constantin Calavros and associate Eleni Skoufi authored the chapter presenting the legal framework regulating international arbitration in Greece and the new developments brought by L. 5016/2023.
The publication aims to give an insight into key topics such as the formalities and validity of the arbitration agreement, arbitrability of disputes, arbitration procedure under the Greek lex arbitri, and post-award procedures of setting aside and enforcing an arbitral award in Greece.
