Our law successfully represented its Client in a long-lasting litigation which resulted in the recovery by our Client of its claims against a Greek bank due tobreach of the bank’s contractual obligations and its fiduciary duty in conjunction with the infringement of the Law 5960/1933 on checks. A checkbook has been illegally issued in our Client’s name without his knowledge and authorization and he was ultimatelycompelled to pay a number of forged checks which were put into circulation.
