Our law firm successfully represented a Greek individual against a foreign based company seeking an injunction relief against him and requesting the conservative seizure of all of his movable and immovable assets in Greece and abroad up to the amount of 15 Mio EUR as security for alleged claims against him stemming from a guarantee agreement. The case was of great interest given that apart from matters related to granting an injunction under Greek law, we dealt with questions of the international jurisdiction of the Greek courts and further had to address legal issues on several private international law aspects.
