The cases are crucial on both market and individual level, given that the matter of dispute in all cases relates to the current multifaceted and complex question of unfair terms in consumer energy contracts. Topics addressed in these proceedings is the “ever green” matter of intelligibility of contractual terms, as well as the challenging question of fairness in consumer contracts with regard to the rigid structure of the energy supply market and, in particular, the rule of cost-orientation of contractual tariffs and adjustment clauses.
