The Athens Administrative Court of First Instance ruled in favor of our client adjudicating compensation arising from the provision of medical devices to patients insured by the Hellenic State. The Greek National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (EOPYY) has lodged an appeal with the Athens Administrative Court of Appeals which is currently pending to be heard. The contested decision was published and commented in the prominent legal journal “Theoria kai Praksi Dioikitikou Dikaiou” due to its notable remarks and dicta regarding the principles governing the public sector’s digital governance.
