Our law firm succeeded in obtaining a court decision in relation to a lawsuit filed by a major bank against a borrower, which ruled that the insurance premium paid should be included in the partial amortization of the bank’s demand for the return of the outstanding principal of the loan, thereby obliging the borrower to pay only the difference of these amounts.The court based its judgment on the principles of good faith and morality.
