CLF successfully represented a large shipping company and its legal representatives before the administrative courts following an appeal, succeeding in annulling an act of the customs authority which charged the ship-owning company with tax charges (VAT) with permanent surcharges amounting to more than one million euros and dismissing liability of the shipping company’s legal representatives, who were initially declared jointly liable.
