The 4th Athens International Arbitration Forum, the premier event for International Commercial Arbitration, was successfully held at Divani Caravel Hotel, on Thursday, October 19, 2023, both by physical attendance and via live streaming.
Leading arbitration practitioners, international arbitrators and academics addressed the procedural and substantive issues arising from the involvement of States and state entities in international business and trade, and therefore in international arbitration.
Attendees included lawyers from Greek and international Law firms, in-house counsel, Law professors, arbitrators and arbitration experts from all over the world.
