Calavros Law Firm – Filios – Kloukinas successfully represented AS Roma against an international sports agent, seeking compensation for purported wrongful termination of negotiations pertaining to the transfer of a professional football player from a major Greek football club to our client. Complex questions of international jurisdiction on matters of tort (Brussels I bis) and of applicable law to matters of culpa in contrahendo (Rome II) were addressed.
