Niki A. TSEBERA

Biography

Niki Tsebera has been appointed as Senior Associate since 2024. She joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in 2016.

She graduated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds an LL.M. in Arbitration Law from the same University.

Ms Tsebera is experienced in the fields of civil and commercial law and she is currently handling numerous cases regarding banking law and enforcement procedures at a litigation level. She also advises corporate clients and businesses on various corporate and commercial issues related to their daily operations, including drafting and negotiating privacy terms in contracts.

She has a proven track record in advising clients on strategic legal solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and effectively representing clients in high-stakes litigation.

Ms Tsebera is also part of the team of lawyers dealing with the Auxiliary Fund Insurance of liability arising out of motor accidents.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018, currently licensed to represent clients before the Court of Appeal.
