Biography

Themistoklis Kloukinas is one of the founding Partners of Calavros Law Firm - Filios - Kloukinas.

Mr Kloukinas' main expertise lies within dispute resolution. He has defended companies and private individuals before national courts, up to the Supreme Court level, arbitral tribunals and national commissions (administrative commission for public procurement contracts, competition commission and trade-marks).

Mr Kloukinas specializes in matters of compulsory execution. He is highly experienced in corporate and commercial law, both at consultation and litigation level.

Mr Kloukinas has also acted as external counsel to major national and multinational energy, constructions and pharmaceuticals companies as well as to institutions in the field of education. He is the author of books in the field of civil procedure.

Mr Kloukinas acted as Member of committee for revising Greek Civil Procedure Code. He is also a member of the Hellenic Association for Civil Procedure Law and Member of Editorial Committee of the legal magazine ''Nomiko Vima''.
