Biography

Xanthi Diamanti is a Senior Associate at Calavros Law Firm - Filios - Kloukinas since 2006.

Ms Diamanti works with some of the world’s most recognizable companies and funds on the acquisition and development of privately and publicly financed energy, real estate and infrastructure projects, including first-of-a kind projects, and assets, handling everything from early development arrangements including interactions with governmental entities, to consenting and planning matters, financing, construction, operation and maintenance, and ultimately the refinancing and sale of assets.

She counsels leading multinational companies and start-ups on regulatory issues and commercial transactions in the life science sector on a variety of complex matters, including product approvals, regulatory incentives, market access, promotion and advertising, post-market obligations, digital health solutions, clinical trials, real world data and transparency regulations.

Ms Diamanti advises on financial transactions, capital markets and structured finance covering bank finance, leveraged lending, project finance, and other structured finances.
She is active in international arbitration and civil and commercial litigation focusing on energy and infrastructure, industrials, corporate matters and financial services.

She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2001, currently licensed to represent clients before the Supreme Court.
